Staff was amazing! View was great and location is safe. The grounds were pretty. Pool was semi warm for December. Restaurant was overpriced. Room was spacious but sadly ours had a bad nail polish stain that looked like blood. We only stayed one night.

This was a very nice hotel room. It has a nice restaurant and a bar. Although it would have been very nice if we would had a coffee maker a refrigerator and maybe an ice machine available. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Adequate accommodation

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer vacation in Mexico. The resort is nice but could use a refresh - it’s a bit dated. It is in a beautiful area and has a great view of Lake Chapala.
