“I recently stayed at this wonderful Japanese onsen hotel for five nights for the second time, and it was just as amazing as my first visit. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was always welcoming and attentive. I absolutely loved the set dinners, which featured delicious kaiseki cuisine that showcased local flavors. The onsen experience was also fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!”

“We tried to cancel the reservation with all or some refund due to death of a family member just a few days before our check-in day. We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. We understand the hotel's policy but rather than show their condolences in any degrees, the hotel letting us not just suffer for lost of life and also financially lost.
