Great place to stop overnight

The front desk clerks were very friendly. Breakfast was exactly as promised. Grab and go pastry, fruit and juice. Coffee and tea always available. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

I stayed while the hotel was completely booked and the folks who run it are amazing. The service was quick and polite, the room was clean, and most of all it was quiet and so was the surrounding area. The only complaint I have is I had to put a chair in front of the mini fridge because the seal was going bad and the pillows were the exact size of my head. Then again I may have been given an older/ not as used room and everything else was great so I really can’t call it a complaint

This is our second stay at this hotel. We decided to book again with Super 8 by Wyndham Seville because we had such a good experience the first time. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. The location is great and there are places for meals very closeby.

Room needs a serious renovation & cleaner carpet & better quality bed sheets & towels .stayed 3 nights with no room service except asked for fresh towels . Great location & safe ! Breakfast is basic ( granola Bar , few apples , coffee / Tea) ! I like to enclose few photos of the room condition with refrigerator ( dark spots ) & microwave ( rusty) ! Needs certainly a true upgrade ! Yet they fonction !

Room for improvement

The room was clean; the bed was comfortable; the tv selections were fantastic; and the location was good with a couple of restaurants nearby. The front desk only gave us 1 key, which was very unusual; the pillows were very flat; and the morning breakfast was just coffee and granola bars.

Didnt get the room we booked but didnt wanna make a fuss so just accepted what they gave us, booked a single king and they gave us a double queen, had a non smoking room but the entryway and hallway outside the room smelled heavily of smoke, other than that it was clean and we felt safe at a great price

Unkept rooms.

Mr. Jerry checked us in and he was very personable and friendly. The room however was awful. As soon as we opened the door, we could smell urine coming from the bathroom. The room had a terrible smell as well. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a good while. We had to use Lysol on the base of the toilet to get rid of the urine smell. We had to use shower shoes because the tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The grout around the tub and toilet was black. In order to lesson the smell of the room, we sprayed Room Concentrate. If it wasn’t so late, I would have asked for a new room; but we were tired. I am really disappointed with this hotel. I made a video but can not upload it.

Nobody at front desk for 15 minutes. Had to call hotel to get someone to come out to desk. Not friendly staff, Cindy. Bathroom had mould and stains around tub. Not very clean Breakfast consists of coffee, juice, apples.

Somewhat disappointing.

This was our second stay at this particular hotel. We needed a handicap assessable room for my husband who is blind, and we got the same one. The only thing that I noticed that could be a problem to some people was the quality of the towels and bedsheet. Some of the towels were thin and worn. Our top bedsheet had quite a few areas that were very thin. If you put your foot in the right place, you could push your toes through. I was very surprised at this. The pillows and the mattress were very comfortable . I could hear the conversation in the room next-door because of the thin walls. Overall, our stay was good.
