We were totally disappointed in our unit. There was no ocean view and the unit needs some upgrades. The people from Diamond were of very little help to no help at all. They did not send us our QR badges before we got there. We got in late the night we arrived and without the QR we had a hell of a time getting to our unit. We arrived about 10 and it was after 2AM before we finally got in. Of course Diamond would not answer their phone that late so if it hadn't been for some friendly guards, who spoke very little English, we finally beg our way into the complex, then found a guy closing his bar who spoke English and knew the area well enough to help us locate where our unit was. Our experience was not favorable and we will have problems working with Evolve in the future.

Our Akumal vacation

This luxury apartment situated in a residential area on the Bahia Golf course is a ideal location for rest and relaxation. The apartment is quiet and we really enjoyed the balcony and jacuzzi The Akumal beach is only 6 mins drive away. Great place, I'm sure we will go back

sleek, beautiful condo only 5 minutes from town and beach

The condo was sleek, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The master bed is so comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. There are 2 outdoor areas and the deck upstairs has an awesome view of the jungle. It is only a 5 minute drive to Akumal beach where you will find all of the restaurants, shopping and activities. It's only 30 minutes from Tulum, and 10 minutes from Dos Ojos Cenote. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
