"Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great too and had all the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Alexandria. "Staff was ok but they rarely do anything to accommodate you , area is totally isolated and only one restaurant you can order from . No transportation at all . No one to help you carry your luggage or any of that nature "

"Good option If you need a hotel not too far from Borg el Arab airport. Check-in was possible in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has a sea wiev. The breakfast was very good with vast options of pastries. "
