"We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. "I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"The Soul Pyramids staff were polite, pleasant & considerate & could not do any more to make us feel welcome (this came without the haggling and hassle that is common / to be expected in Egypt once you leave the hotel complex). When there was an issue with the air conditioning, they gave us another comparable room and organised a technician to fix it straight away. There are shops, restaurants and the pyramids literally at your doorstep. Sunrise/ Sunset/ Breakfast or anytime on the rooftop gives you the best unblocked views of the pyramids you could hope for. Added bonus is getting a room with pyramid views."

"We got upgraded to a suite with a hot tub and couch. We actually switched rooms three times the first room had a nice balcony but no hot tub. The second room had a hot tub but no balcony and a semi abstracted view of the pyramids. The last room was great but had limited tv and WiFi service but excellent view of the pyramids. The staff Yessir, and Yusuf were amazing. They took us everywhere we needed to go and they great recommendations for local restaurants nearby. They also book all of the excursions directly, including airport transfer, makeup, guide. Overall, a great experience. I have complaints about the trip overall, but that’s more of a general issue and not specific to the hotel. If you are going to stay in a pyramid district, this would be a good choice."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a little hesitant about the location when booking, but it ended up being perfect. We had a private driver and tour guide throughout our trip, which made getting around easy, and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant alone is worth staying here for the food was soo good, and the views were absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. They don’t serve alcohol, which is typical in general for the culture but they offer a variety of non alcoholic cocktails you could easily add your own travel sized bottles to make a drink. The pool area was beautiful and our room was huge. We especially enjoyed having a private Jacuzzi, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Others had mentioned the street noise, but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast each morning was also great, especially being included, with plenty of options. Overall, this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily stay here again."
