“The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on……

"We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel. It was on 1st floor, facing the chimney of the G/F restaurant, next to the 1st floor public toilets. We could hear musics playing from the lobby. The reception got us another better room subsequently and it was much better. The sofa was a bit dirty, could still see hairs left behind. The shower water leaked through thr shower door, making the floor wet. Other than these issues, the room was okay. Pool was nice and had a private beach to it too. However, the ocean view was heavily blocked by a new high-rise building right in front of the hotel."
