“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“Terrible service, especially from the hotel restaurant and reception staff. For two days, our room key card did not work. We had to go to reception 5–6 times a day, and every single time we had to wait for a member of staff to come and open our room for us. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of actually resolving the problem, they kept giving us new key cards, which failed every single time. The room was also not clean. I am attaching photos of a cockroach that was walking……

“I stayed at Iberostar Waves for 7 days, and overall, it was a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom cleanliness. It was filthy, with many stains on the tiles, and the toilet flush was extremely weak. It couldn’t properly flush a reasonable amount of toilet paper, so we had to use the lobby washroom. The AC was also disappointing, as it never cooled the room properly. The food had good variety each day, but it was often cold unless you arrived right when the buffet opened.……

The riad is beautiful, peaceful, clean and has a lovely atmosphere, making it a great place to relax after exploring Marrakech. A special mention to Hamid, the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always happy to help with……

Dommage que dès le Check out, les bracelets sont coupés sans même demander aux clients s’ils ont leur vol dans l’immédiat ou pas. Dans d’autres hôtels all in, ils en tiennent compte!”
