「Amazing stay , The hotel was clean, luxurious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Nouf for hee outstanding service and professionalism — she truly made my stay extra special and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!」

「I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at the hotel. I'm also upset that I didn't get into the apartment until after a 3-hour wait, and that they don't recognize Expedia at all. Now, let me tell you about my experience at the hotel. First, it's not a hotel; it's furnished apartments. Second, you're surprised to find additional charges upon arrival. Third, there are unpleasant smells in the hallways and rooms. Fifth, my bill was 1695 riyals, and upon checkout, it was 1303 riyals. I am...

「The staff are very unprofessional. I booked through Expedia. Booking was confirmed. The location they have listed on Expedia is not accurate. I had to get out of my car and ask around till I arrived. While lost, I tried to call the phone number they have listed on my reservation, the phone was off. After I arrived, they seemed that they had no clue about my reservation. Room was not cleaned yet, although I arrived at 5 pm. They had me wait till they cleaned it up. We walked into the room and the...
