She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Chef Hosam and Mr. Mahmoud at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food quality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. "Room was great & clean. However, when I messaged the hotel twice about an airport pickup, they did not reply through the Expedia app. Ended up taking Uber. Their shuttle to the airport leaves every half hour. This was super convenient since we checked in very late and checked out very early. "
