「Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. 「We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

「Wir waren in dem Objekt mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern zu Gast Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Es war fast alles perfekt bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten.Nicht alles war beim einchecken gründlich gereinigt. Eine der Toiletten, den Kühlschrank und Geschirr haben wir einfach selbst nachgereinigt. Auch ein paar Handtücher wurden wohl vergessen zu wechseln. Wir haben es einfach selbst gemacht ohne es zu beanstanden. War für uns ok.Lider sind die poolliegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen...
