"Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel

"From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay at Steigenberger Aldau was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, making our anniversary truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Elite Room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. The customer service was outstanding. When we mentioned our room didn’t have a full-length mirror, the staff quickly sourced one for us. It was a small gesture that perfectly reflected their dedication to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to Khaled Beshay and the team for the beautiful anniversary surprise of a decorated room and delicious cake. The resort is perfectly located, with excursions and the nearby shopping mall just a short journey away. The spa was immaculate, with robes, slippers, towels, and separate men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms. The food was outstanding, offering plenty of variety each day. From the buffet to the beach restaurants and à la carte dining, every meal was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. What truly makes this resort special is its staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. A true five-star experience that we highly recommend."

Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hotel

"This is our 3rd stay at Aqua Magic, and this time it wasn't as pleasent as it used to be. The cleanliness needs more attention - especially the main restaurant (!!), the very first 2-3 days it was simply unpleasent to have meals there. Then the stuff did a general cleaning with Clorox and desinfectants, we were okay with the smell, bc we finally could enjoy the meals, but this didn't last long. The quality of the meals has dropped too. All in all, I'd recommend the stuff and especially management pays attention to these systemic issues, otherwise our regular guests will be def looking for alternatives in Hurghada."

"I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Hurghada Hotel. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, well-kept gardens, and a lovely private beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The swimming pools and beach were clean and relaxing, and the entertainment activities kept both adults and children engaged throughout the day. The hotel's location is also convenient, as it is close to the airport while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for couples, families, or anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in Hurghada. I highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again."
