We reached the hotel at 09.30am,checking was 3pm.
Maria at the desk was very helpful and sorted our room within 15mins.
She took us personally to our room.
Ronald was our host excellent service constant messaging asking if everything is ok.
Buggy drivers come round literally every 5/10mins offering a ride.
Very relaxing holiday.
The staff at the beach constantly greeting us ans asking if we need anything.
Qlounge was very nice.

“My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”
“Absolutely unbelievable. I was there for 8 nights on our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The room is outstanding! The balcony view brilliant. The staff are so attentive and cater to all your needs. There was a 24/7 butler and in room dining as well as a 24/7 concierge service. The room was immaculate and incredibly modern. Highly recommend!”
“Such a lovely time we had here. We were welcomed by Sonia at reception who was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were so clean and we were given a free upgrade so please ask for one. There was a lovely team at the entrance always on hand to help . Special mention to Oye!!! Such a lovely exceptional gentleman. He even knew how to collapse our toddler’s stroller before we did 😂. Always had a smile on his face and happy to help.

“The overall accommodation is satisfactory. This boutique hotel is comfortable and in a good location. As for the staff, most of them are helpful and nice. However, it feels a bit strange that the promotion of upgrading room types is offered by the reception upon my arrival.”

“Nice place to rest. Given the price, the place should offer free use of showers, offer water in room and tea at front. Offer a small cookie or something as a snack before sleeping. Small things like that would make it nicer”
