「This was our second time to come and stay at this cozy little mountain top retreat. Stunning views. Everything you need to stay in, or venture out. We love the Mentone and Fort Payne area. So many waterfalls and hiking trails. An outdoor lovers dream away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet close to all the necessities for a short or extended stay. Highly recommend.」

「Overall we had a good stay and the owners are really great people! Pet friendly and nice location to access the South Sauty boat ramp.The cottage worked out for us and what we needed, but just wanted to share a few things so others can prepare: There weren't any cleaning products in the house for daily use (outside of dawn dish soap) so we bought our own to use. Not really an issue, but wanted to call it out.There aren't a lot of options for kitchen utencils. We cooked on the charcoal grill each...

「Beautiful small house which underwent a FULL remodel not long ago. Well stocked kitchen ready to cook in, amazing view of the bay, comfortable beds and furniture. Really convenient to beaches, the inter-island ferry and a couple of great places to eat. Far enough outside of Gulf Shores proper to avoid the crowds, close enough to go into town for what you need.」
