"The luggage cart had a flat tire it barely rolled with three tires, I mentioned it to the front desk but no apologies, answer: "use another one". It takes an unusual time to get hot water in the bathroom, all the items in the room were unplugged (tv, fridge, coffee maker) I had to crawl to plug the tv into an outlet that was hard to get to. In the morning the coffee pot at the front desk was empty. The elevator had a terrible smell. The room decor is tacky with a picture placed behind a lamp and randomly placed in the walls. Overall, for the money charged it was not a pleasant experience. I will not return."

"Pros: The staff are really accommodating, respectful, and responsive—they’re great. Cons: The only issue I had was with the room sink. It was making noises at night, and I woke up to what looked like it had overflowed, leaving a lot of dirt/mud in the sink, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, my key card didn’t work a couple of times, so I had to go back to the lobby—even while carrying a heavy bag—which was really inconvenient. This happened twice already during my stay, especially frustrating after working long 13-hour shifts and just wanting to rest."

"Walking into the lobby, it smell so amazing, the receptionist was very polite and respectful. The rooms was very clean and organized and has great hot water. Best overnight stay. I highly recommend "
