「Excellent host and property! Philip stayed in touch during our trip to make sure everything was good. Conveniently located near the BART station for easy commute to SF or either airport (Oakland & SF). The neighborhood was quiet and the house is gorgeous on the inside and packed with all kinds of necessities for travelers. The only trouble we had was getting the keys out of the locked box, but that was more of an “us” issue than anything, but host was VERY quick to respond. Would definitely stay...

「We had a great time staying at Roland's place for three nights. It's a nice simple setup, clean, small kitchen, two nice bedrooms. Just what we needed for a brief stay while we hit up a nearby music festival. Telegraph Avenue is a short walk away and downtown Oakland a slightly longer walk. All sorts of great food and restaurants close by. Stop by Jebena Cafe in the morning for a great coffee and a Sambosa, or Dan Sung Sa for good Korean and a fun atmosphere. 「My family really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is really well-lit and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for a longer-term stay and our host was very communicative. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and felt very safe. It's right near the university, so there are a lot of people out and about walking or biking around. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. 」
