「Quaint little garden house that was quiet & comfortable for our short stay in Alameda.」

「Very cute property with lots of character. It's in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people We only stayed for a night, but enjoyed ourselves. We had everything we needed. I did not get the message that this location was in the back of a primary residence, but once we figured it out and navigated a VERY narrow drive way, everything was good.」

「The cottage was an excellent condition and exceptionally clean. It had all of the basic elements and a beautiful kitchen and patio. We use the Internet watch Harry Potter movies and had no trouble with our connections. The host was polite, supportive, and helpful. The laundry was a big plus and we use the laundry. We did not use the dishwasher because I am used to washing dishes by hand for two but we enjoyed all of the elements that we’re there for us and I think I haven’t slept as well in in a...

「It was a beautiful cottage!! We stayed eight nights and would definitely come back in a heartbeat. It had all the amenities that we needed and a quiet space to sit and relax.」

「All good. Would stay again without a doubt.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in Sae's lovely cottage in the Berkeley hills. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. New appliances in the galley kitchen and many thoughtful decorations and amenities for renters. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. A few things to be aware of - because it is high up in the hills, the drive to the cottage is on winding roads. There is a way to walk down to campus near the football stadium, but this includes a trail and stairs...

「Superb」

「Darren was a wonderful host. He made sure to greet us upon our arrival and checked in at various times during our stay. The property is beautiful and a perfect place to relax. Even though it is near the main house, it felt like our own space. We will definitely rebook if we are ever back in the area.」

「A gorgeous home filled with antiques in the heart of Berkeley near excellent restaurants 」

「This is a convenient location in Oakland. The place was clean and comfortable.」

「The two star rating is all because of the shower and bathroom. The fridge was very old as well. It was a very small premises and the shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The cleanliness was average.」

「Amazing place. We reserved the place so my 80 year old father could visit and see his grandchildren. He loved it so much he wants to build a place like it. Great space, beautiful neighborhood, all around gem of a vrbo.」
