“Entry to the room meant walking thru a wide 1/2 grass 1/2 mud backyard in the dark due to our 8 pm arrival! This meant of course, carrying a large suitcase rather than being able to use the wheels. For this reason, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it ”

“This would've been the 3rd time we stayed with this company in Crestone, but they double booked us and didn't say anything until an hour before check-in in when we were well on our way to this remote town. They tried to scam us with offering a cheaper place that was 3 times smaller, in town vs the country and didn't have the big tub in the country setting we booked the dome for... For the same price... And then acted like they were doing us a favor. When I told them that was unacceptable, they……

“A very unique and fun spot to stay. The bin was comfortable with beautiful views from the bedroom windows. King size bed was very comfortable and they provided plenty of blankets. The nature and access to sand dunes national park were both excellent. We travels with our dog and there was a room for us.”

“Room dirty from prior users. Told somone had used code to sneak into room for free night. I asked for code to be updated, and owner refused. I didn't feel my belongings were safe when I left for the day. Room was "cleaned" before I moved in for the weekend. But the place had layers of grime from inadequate cleaning, I'm guessing for at least a year -- grime, uncleaned stickly floors and debris filled corners, thick dust and cobwebs on EVERYTHING. A broken vase and glass left on the floor. Toilet……
