「The property was older but kept nice. The rooms were clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was good at the restaurant next door. Will stay there again if in Alamosa again.」

「This was a last minute booking but everything went smoothly. We booked one of the tents and had to open it to clear out the canvas smell from being shut up all day but the smell cleared out fast. The only thing I would have requested was to be closer to the shared bathrooms. We were as far away as you could get. Bathroom were clean. Hosts were wonderful. S'mores by the campfire in the evening - what's not to like!」

「The staff were kind and professional. The only issue was that the elevator was out of service, but before I confirmed my room, a pop-up notified me so I could cancel the reservation if it would be a problem. The breakfast offered plenty of warm and cold options. The bed and pillows were luxurious, and I slept wonderfully. On arrival, throughout my stay, and at checkout, the staff kept offering me water, fresh coffee, and treats. I'm coming back in April, and I'll be booking with them again.」

「Hidden gem tucked away with old European charm, apparently it is old but owner and staff maintained it very well. Good amenities considering price you will pay, will come back again when there is a chance!」

「体验很好」

「住起來很舒適，也很乾淨」

「The room I reserved was filthy. The pillow cases were covered in dust bunnies. The walls and baseboards were in poor shape. The linen was questionable on whether or not it was clean. The front desk said it had been awhile since the room was used and the only other room with two king size beds was occupied. The front desk contacted the owner and agreed to give me a full refund explaining the process since I booked through a third party. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「This place was like brand new, everything was clean and well stocked. Staff was very helpful and nice. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was well maintained and stocked, staff ensured that.」

「Wonderful place to stay and fabulous hospitality! This apartment is as gorgeous in person as in the photos and Kristen was great to work with. We were there to visit Great Sand Dunes National Park (which was quite unique!) and especially enjoyed the amazing dark sky stargazing and the fun retro gaming set-up. Thank you, Kristen!」

「This place is truly a home away from home. The beds are super comfortable, the stars at night are amazing, you can see the Great Sand Dunes from the back deck. One of the best places we have stayed as a family.」
