“Hi, I hope you’re doing well. I want to share feedback about my recent stay, which was the most expensive booking of our 7‑day trip but unfortunately the most disappointing. The room had several issues: • The window curtain was torn with large holes. • Water flow in the bathroom basin was extremely slow, making basic use very frustrating. • The toilet bowl was not clean and had visible stains. • The furniture looked very old and worn out. • The lift had been out of service for over a week,……

“Breakfast was really good and the staff were very personal and kind.”

“The bed in room 112 is terrible…it sinks and ever time one of us turned over the bed make a metal grind sound that kept us up all night. The AC was not consistent. So we were hot during the night. There was warm water to shower but not hot water.”

“Great retro/modern room, huge bed & walk-in shower, very nice upgrade. Loved the self-check-in! My only issue was mood lighting that isn't conducive to makeup application. But I found out this morning they have makeup mirrors in the canteen, so problem solved! Well appointed, large room. I loved it!”

“Pool and hot tub were cold but the room was a great size! Never had 2 king beds before. Zero water pressure but I would stay here again for sure”

“I stayed for 4 nights and had a truck with trailer hauling my side by side and a disabled Vet asked where is could park. With that the lady showed me and I parked there. The next day there was a truck parked at the end to me no big deal I parked as close as I could and was out of the way. The manager asked me to move because I was blocking EV parking but the EV parking was on the other side 4 spots with signs when I showed them they said they could park where I was which had no signs. To finish……

“The only resemblance was the lay out of the room. The bed was well made but not sure if the sheets were freshly washed or used because they were wrinkly. The couch and ottoman had old stains on them , very dated and no AC. My husband and I were bit by spiders a few times at night. Although we only slept there more care could be taken by property owners. I understand it’s a mountain town but it shouldn’t look run down”

“The Riverside Meadows cabin was a delight. It sits right on a stretch of the Rio Grande river and is ideal for those seeking a quiet spot. The cabin itself is well-designed and, although it has a vintage look on the outside, it is completely modern and comfortable. The owners - Fritz & Paula - built the cabins themselves (as well as the main house where they live) and they did a great job. It was clean, well-furnished and very comfortable on the inside.
