“The house was great - perfect for large groups!! But be prepared and bring your own toiletries - no soap, shampoo, etc. provided. There was also only a few dishwasher tablets, and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We ended up purchasing these items while there.”

“We had three families with a total of 12 people stay here and there was lots of extra room. We played games and cooked dinner each evening in the dinner/living room. Pool and foosball tables were fun additions that are downstairs. On top of this, we got lucky with a lot of snow to play in. South Fork is a relatively easy drive up to Wolf Creek each day.”

“Early check in was nice after 9 hours on the road, property was excellent everything we needed short trip to the slopes with a beautiful drive there. Close to town for anything you forgot and pickup a few items”

“A great little cabin for our family ski trip to Wolf Creek. Quiet location, nice view, friendly proprietors. Nice open air hot tub.Highly recommend! Nearby Mexican restaurant (at main intersection) is wonderful!”

“The place was roomy and accommodating. We had 4 guys, so it was nice not to have to share beds and to be able to spread out the snorers. Pros: -Spacious open feel -Hot tub -Everything as advertised -About as close to Wolf Creek as you can get Cons: (these are minor picky things) -Cookware was pretty basic -Had to do some snow shoveling to access the back porch -for some reason I imagined a remote cabin with a pond- it was actually a complex of many cabins on the property- but still quiet……

“Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time.”

“Very nice setting and location. descent sized rooms. furniture is a little warn and uncomfortable. We had no hot water the first night but the local folks worked hard to get it fixed asap. They also came right away to fix a faucet that broke. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but some stuff needs replacing i.e. hot pads, towels, Knives, etc. Plenty of blankets, firewood and propane along with plenty enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days. We accidentally left some clothes in the……

“Very nice property sitting right on the Rio Grand River, would be a great place to stay in the summer time. Kids loved the hot tub too.”

“The house was very nice. We are not pet lovers and we found pet hair all over the place so we had to do some cleaning first wich was not a problem.”
