"Excellent customer service from Kaan and the hotel in general, wonderful sea view room, beautiful location. Water slide, gym, swimming pools all great, hotel right opposite the sea feint and close to local attractions. As a family wethoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"While the hotel itself is nice, it’s lacking features are available activities for off season. There was little to no evening entertainment, there was evening entertainment for only 2 nights out of the 7. Also, indoor pools should be heated! Especially in off season. Asked two members of staff as to why it’s cold and if we could get it warm but they replied with “I don’t know.” Both indoor and outdoor pools were freezing!! Some members of staff are alright whereas some have a stroppy face and aren’t as accommodating. The hotel is clean and gets cleaned up quick. The waitresses and waiters are all very nice and so are the cleaning ladies. Especially Kadriye! The food was good, nothing special however the flavours are a little repetitive. The beach is rather small but the deck is beautiful. There was also no free Starbucks available either! Plenty of shops outside of the hotel, as well as being able to rent a bike/buggy/quad from a man called Osman. Overall it’s nice for a short stay (when travelling in off season) but can get a little boring. 6/10."

"We had a wonderful stay at Orange County Hotel! The staff were awesome — from the reception to the animation team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. When we arrived, the hotel Ebru kindly upgraded our room to a sea view, which made our stay even more special. It’s a great hotel where you can find everything you want. Highly recommended! "Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again. "

"I liked being directly on the beach, I spent every day of my stay going there in the mornings. Even though I didn't do any of the activities on offer, I did see that there are lots of them every day. I think this is a great place for relaxing vacation. "
