"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"Such a cool place to stay. Not having anyone to talk to was a little weird and the elevator is super slow but the room was incredible. I made some friends at the restaurant/bar right across from this place and took a bus right by here to get to my next city. The train is close by too. 10/10 would recommend and plan to stay here again."

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be.
Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking.
