The staff was very helpful. Stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi and the king size bed. Bed was super comfortable. Jacuzzi did the trick of helping me relax after packing up all of my belongings in my house wound up booking a room for my son and daughter-in-law, who had helped me. I would highly recommend this establishment for anybody staying in the area. And there’s a great bar down the street named Peckham’s place. Irish dive bar with great bartenders, and the locals were very welcoming.

As we got there to check in, we had to wait to get our keys to the room because the computer was down. Then when we got to the room, the room was good! But the toilet had to be flushed like 3+ times to just flush the toilet paper. Then we went down to use the hot tub and myself and the two other ladies went to go in due to our backs and hips having issues, the hot tub was cold! The pool was cloudy and not all that clean! We noticed on the bed next to the window, there was something smeared on the head board! Then we went down to breakfast the next morning and when I had my cereal, after drinking the milk, I found out that the milk was sour! I did not notice this as I was eating only when I finished it! Not the happiest with these issues! Thank you,

Breakfast was good, room was nice. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because bathroom shelves had used deodorant and garbage left behind. Other than that room was comfortable and cozy. Staff very nice and helpful

Loved the hot tub and fireplace in the room, 2 tvs as well. We enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. We have stayed there twice for long weekends and will definitely be going back for a nice getaway. HIGHLY recommend getting the hot tub and fireplace room and HIGHLY recommend going to Howe's Caverns and the Secret Caverns!!!

Great property for the price very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful breakfast with the typical English muffins and cereal, but did have a waffle maker which we didn’t sample but plenty of people did. The bed was the one of the most comfortable bed and the bathroom was super clean.

Yes by the way take off the restaurant The nest from your menu absolutely horrible rip off and they treated as horribly the food was horrible $55 for lobster mac and cheese that was edible at best I took it because I didn't realize it was $55 I would have never ordered it $2 for bread which was one piece cut in half $4 for a deviled egg which was absolutely nasty the food was gross that's the only complaint I have the staff was awesome the maintenance guy kept that place so clean beautiful I've never stayed in such a clean nice place. The maintenance man there should get a raise he dealt with so much disgusting stuff from people and kept it clean and was such a sweetheart don't remember his name but maybe if you value her employees you should give him a shout out I'm sure he doesn't make much and takes pride in that as well as the gentleman that ran the breakfast so very nice
