"Pros: Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans la propriété, qui jouit d'une vue magnifique. L'appartement est neuf, très propre et bien entretenu. Les logeurs nous ont donné de très bons conseils au niveau des endroits où aller en pleine canicule, des restaurants et des lieux à voir. Lorsqu'il fait très chaud, il est vraiment agréable d'être un peu en altitude par rapport au lac de Côme. Nous sommes ainsi allés en montagne, à plus de 1700m d'altitude, c'était parfait! La proximité des forêts...

"Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden und bereitgestellt. Man musste also gar nichts für den Haushalt mitnehmen. Beim Empfang durch die sehr netten Vermieter wurde uns alles genau erklärt. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt von den Touristenhochburgen, was wir immer suchen. Doch alles ist in erreichbarer Nähe, wie Tirano, Sondrio, Comer See etc. Wir haben es genossen."

"Pros: La posizione dell’appartamento di fronte al lago, primo piano in un edificio molto caratteristico. Sembrava di stare in un bellissimo borgo antico. Cons: Unica pecca non c’è l’aria condizionata ma fortunatamente hanno lasciato un ventilatore molto potente che ci ha permesso di soggiornare un po’ più freschi. Appartamento pulitissimo e servito di tutto. Organizzerò sicuramente un prossimo soggiorno in questa struttura."

"Lovely view of Lake Como and Lecco from the top floor. Staff were polite and welcoming. Bus stop was less than 100yards away - with good transport to Lecco station and Bellagio. I went for a room upgrade with a lake view terrace - I didn’t use the terrace as much as I’d hoped as there were insects and mosquitoes there - so bring some repellent with you if you go for that option. Although this is much quieter than Lecco and other larger towns, there is still traffic passing through and plenty of people walking up and down the lake front next to the hotel - so it isn’t silent, there is still some life around you. "

"This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. We stayed in one of the loft rooms with a large window with a lovely view. My only complaint, which I thought would be the case from the pictures, was the ceiling angled down and you had to be careful not to hit your head. However it was very cozy and was a nice option for those on a budget. The walk to Bellagio was about 12-15 minutes and the hotel was off the beaten path but the walk was beautiful and not bad at all. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a lovely place to stay in Bellagio on a budget. "

"This is an incredible hotel, with perhaps the best location in Lake Como. Giulia was very kind and helpful upon check-in. And the best was to come - the location and the view (if you get a lake viewing room) are unbeatable! Varenna is perhaps the best town on Como, and you are steps from the Lido (small beach), beautiful walks, and the walk up to Castello di Vezio. Regarding the room- it was super clean, comfortable and had all we needed, with nice small touches. We did not agree with any of the concerns others manifested (eg, noise)"
