“The ambience is really amazing. I love the place! But I was quite not satisfied with the customer service. The staff don't give an approachable vibes.Also, you can hear the noise from the other rooms. It's quite annoying especially if the guests are so noisy. They offer food but it's so expensive and you can't opt for a delivery since they will charge you a hundred peso corkage fee. It is also far from the shops (laundry, convenience store etc.) But all in all, I enjoyed the place because of……

"The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house restaurant was just okay, not a highlight. Would definitely stay again."
