Abufeira Stay

Property was well situated, clean, and quite secure; unfortunately; communication was lacking both as regards check in and as relates to issues that occurred during stay. A couple of examples would include: 1, vague description of specific property location, (even a local from same condo resort could not, in reading description, decipher it and provide accurate directions for location of property); 2, circuit breaker of suite went, requiring electrician's presence, no fault of owner; when asking the owner if repair's required our presence, were told no, only to be phoned later when we were an hour away from property, and asked if we could provide access to electrician. Given distance from property, we were not able to comply with request, requiring owner to explore other options for access.

Ma annulé pour une rentabilité maximale

J’ai réservé et m’a annulé ma réservation car soit disant il fallait prendre du samedi au samedi. Rien n’était stipulé sur l’annonce. Elle n’a rien voulu savoir! Leurs priorités c de blinder les jours pour avoir une rentabilité au max.

Location de très bon niveau situé dans une résidence sécurisée de três bon niveau, dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques pas du centre historique de la ville. La location est en totale conformité avec le détail de l'annonce. A noter une excellente communication avec la propriétaire Maria, toujours avenante et bienveillante. Nous recommandons vivement +++++

Appartement tout confort à Albufeira

Spacieux et bien équipé. La résidence a une piscine que nous n’avons pas trop utilisé tant il y a de choses à voir dans la région. Climatisation dans la pièce principale.

Mejor que en casa

Nos ha encantado. Tiene de todo para una pareja. La casa es luminosa, tiene buena vista que da a la piscina, la cama es cómoda, el baño con hidromasaje. La urbanización es muy tranquila y a pesar de ello está cerca del casco antiguo (hay que conocer los atajos). Tenía seguridad 24 horas y garaje subterráneo. Piscina muy grande. Amplio solárium. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Fomos muito bem recebidos!A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito prestatival e disponível. Magnifico apartamento, bem localizado, decoração excelente, simpática e prática. Espaço ideal para quem deseja passar uns dias tranquilos e com grande comodidade. Usufruir da piscina é o ideal para quem tem crianças ou quem deseja ler um bom livro calmamente longe da grande confusão da cidade. O apartamento e conforme descreve as imagens. Foram umas férias muito agradavel ,vamos voltar com certeza! Recomendo! Ps.so nos faltou mesmo uma internet .

"Fiquei muito satisfeito com o alojamento. O apartamento é espaçoso, limpo , cozinha bem equipada, assim como o resto das divisões, tem acesso direto à piscina do condomínio(que adorei) . Sitio calma o que contribui para não haver barulho principalmente durante a noite (tem actividade noturna perto e de fácil acesso). Tem maravilhosas praias,com um excelente sol e mar . RECOMENDO So faltou mesmo uma internet.

Südeuropa Rundtour

Ruhig gelegendes gut ausgestattetes Apartment im schönen Teil von Albufeira. Lediglich die Beleuchtung im Bad könnte besser sein und die Töpfe in der Küche passen nicht zum Rest der Ausstattung. Um nicht nur den direkten Strand am Ort zu erreichen ist ein Auto notwendig. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Ort bietet jegliche Art von Unterhaltung bis früh in den Morgen. Im Jachthafen ist eine Salsa Bar mit Tanz am Freitag Abend ab 22:30 als Geheimtip zu empfehlen.
