Perfect Place and Just As Advertised

First of all, Paula is great. Very welcoming and kind. The apartment is perfect and we felt at home quickly. After exploring the area, we realized that it’s the perfect location. Centrally located in the Algarve and quiet as it’s just out of the Old Town Albufeira. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as markets. We really enjoyed our month here and look forward to coming back. Thank you Paula!

Environments that simply make you relax

This apartment is fully equiped, and everything works perfectly. Plenty of space in all rooms and a very large terrace, perfect for sunbathing from 2 p.m. The poolarea is formed so that it suits everybody, young and old, and from the area it's only 500 yards to the marina with restaurants and bars. - The area is also surrounded with walls, hedges and fences and watched by securitygards 24/7 to make you feel extra relaxed and secure. Nice stay

Apartment is located near Albufeira Marina and about 20minute walk to old town. Small markets and restaurants located close by. It was clean with plenty of towels and sheets, kitchen is well appointed with dishes ware and pots and pans. Paula met us with a welcoming bottle of port wine and biscuits, much appreciated. Some suggestions would be additional seating in the living room for guest or even two people, unit needs a decent vacuum, hand soap and perhaps starter kit of toiletries, etc. We declined a second key, however make sure to get it, as you need a key to unlock the door and the gates to go out and in. Very quiet area, we did not use the pool as it was too cold.

Super vacances 🌴

Super séjour en tout point, merci à Paula pour son acompagnement. L'appartement est juste top ! Très bien situé au calme avec toutes les commodités disponibles, belle piscine, parking privé, espaces verts. Il est moderne et spacieux et très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse pour manger et prendre le soleil. Idealement situé et proche de la marina. Toute la famille recommande.

Super schönes Appartement mit grossem sonnigen Balkon (Abendsonne) und schöner Anlage und schönem Pool. Entfernung zur Stadt ist gut zu Laufen. Zur Erkundung der vielen schönen Strände bietet sich an mit dem (Miet-)Auto zu kommen, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Kontakt und Service der Vermieterin einwandfrei und sehr hilfsbereit.

MAGNIFIQUE appartement !!!!!

L'appartement est dans une belle résidence au calme .Il est vraiment très bien équipé : grande chambre avec dressing, bonne literie, climatisation salon et chambre , volets électriques ,grande terrasse, grand parking, lave linge ,four ,congélateur, beaucoup de vaisselle, ...... Il est très moderne très bien décoré ,comme sur les photos .A 5 min à pied il y a un Spar pour acheter son pain ,et à 5 min en voiture il y a un Lidl et Aldi ....Pour bouger le soir la vieille ville d'Albufeira n'est pas loin ,il ya bcp de restau et de bars , discothèques..... La mer est à 25 min à pied (belle promenade le long du port ) .Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en Algarve , le seul petit bémol ;l'eau de la mer est très très froide !!!! Merci beaucoup à Sylvie pour sa gentillesse, son écoute ,ses conseils.

Sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtetes Appartement mit schöner Poolanlage. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Altstadt in Fussentfernung erreichbar. Neue Marina praktisch vor der Tür. Sehr zu empfehlen !
