Magnificent 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, wi-fi, pool, garden, near beach and golf - Galé, Albufeira

  • Peace and quiet in the Algarve: beaches, the sea, and golf away from the hustle and bustle—in Galé, 5 km from Albufeira; 45 km from Faro Airport; 260 km / 2 hours from Lisbon.
A gated community offering unique amenities in the area, with ocean views and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just 1 km from Praia do Castelo and Evaristo beaches, and close to shops and services.
Free high-speed internet, private Wi-Fi network protected by a password.
Ideal for families, couples, or seniors who want to enjoy the Algarve’s best beaches in comfort and safety, away from the hustle and bustle of popular beach areas like Vilamoura, Armação, Portimão, etc. And for a livelier stay, Albufeira is right next door.
Large gardens spanning over 6,000 m², a pool with an unobstructed view of the sea, and garage parking. Very comfortable homes with luxury finishes, fully furnished and equipped. First floor with a terrace and direct access to the garden from the living room—perfect for leisure activities, sunbathing, and dining on the terrace.
Shops, restaurants, AlgarveShopping, golf, and ZooMarine—all within a 10-minute drive.

    - Herdade dos Salgados Golf Course in Galé, Albufeira, Algarve
It is fair to say that the Salgados Course can be compared to most links courses, as it is set on flat land behind a sandy beach. There are many water hazards, and the open, natural setting benefits from the Algarve’s wonderful climate. Since it is highly exposed to the elements and has little vegetation, a considerable amount of technical skill is required to play a good round.

    - Driving Directions
Via Infante (A22) - Take Exit 7 (Alcantarilha), and at the roundabout (which is on Road EN 125), turn left and head east down the hill to the traffic lights. At these traffic lights, turn right toward Armação de Pera. About 1 kilometer further on, with a gas station on the left, you’ll come to a roundabout. Go around the roundabout and take the left turn heading east. At the next roundabout, continue toward Albufeira, and after another 1.5 kilometers, you’ll see a sign pointing to the right toward the golf course.
    - Facilities
, Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Green & Bunker Area, Pro-Shop, Restaurant & Bar
    - Requirements
, Handicap Certificate: Men 28 – Ladies 36; Soft Spikes

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. The location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing environment, tucked away from noisy areas. Visiting in April meant only about five apartments were occupied, making it incredibly quiet, which we loved. We had an amazing time at the pool (water warm enough for a short swim!), but the absolute highlight was the accessible roof offering magnificent, magical sunset views. It is highly convenient for getting around on foot. A SPAR is a 13-minute walk away, and two beautiful beaches are within a 16-minute walk. Inside, the apartment was well-equipped, and the AC was fully operational. There are a few areas for improvement. The apartment feels a bit dated and would benefit from refurbishment. We also struggled with the plumbing: the boiler needs adjustment as the shower temperature fluctuates wildly between too cold and too hot. Additionally, there is poor water pressure in the bath shower hose, and the storage area was slightly damp and smelled a bit.Overall, the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made for a wonderful holiday.

sejour moyen

Very nice apartment in an excellent location

We stayed for six weeks from the end of January. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious and set in very pleasant grounds. In fact, the Baia village complex is lovely. Not too big, beautiful rooftop views, and a very attractive pool. There is parking outside your door or in the underground car park. The aircon units are cooling/heating, which we were grateful for, because mornings and evenings are cold in winter. The location is superb with several beautiful beaches within a 5 minute drive. Also several supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away.Pedro the owner was very helpful; the handle on the washing machine door broke while we were there and he had it replaced very quickly. All in all we would definitely recommend this apartment for a pleasant relaxing stay.

Pleasant stay

Excellent location, close to Albufeira, and beaches, sheets and towels were not changed at mid point of a 2week stay, which we found a bit odd, there is a washing machine but who wants that hassle when on holidays, everything else was OK.

Amazing location and great property - Thank you

We stayed at the #2 property for two weeks with our 4-year old daughter. We came back to the same place after a wonderful holiday 3 years ago. The property is great with everything we needed. Our hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything taken care of. All very clean. The location is amazing (very close to the beaches) and the swimming pool is great to enjoy with the kids. Overall - Excellent. We look forward to returning. Thank you again.

Tres bien

A recommander.

Optima escolha!

A casa é optima!
