**Wide Penthouse Marina resort club + pool view**

Summary:
Penthouse oriented mainly in SW in heart of Albufeira Marina, this beautiful apartment is duplex on two stairs with wide spaces with a total of 160m2 inside and multiple wide terraces equipped with a HotTub/Spa. It has been completely refurbished providing the best comfort possible with best beds available, new furniture and modern lightening. It gets a wonderful view from terraces all around in all directions, including on the wide pool (30meters diameter) even a sea view in SE. Old town peceno beach is 12 min walking far.

The Space:
Easy to live in, wide spaces to enjoy a nice time, this penthouse is a must live in. You will benefit a private parking space reserved for you in the private underground parking and lot of free parking spaces outside are also available.

All the spaces are opened to guests

The Neighborhood:
Our complex has lots of free parking places. The marina, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon, water and family activities, bars are all walking distance from the apartment. There is a city bus which running every 30 minutes to the town. The marina also has a taxi rank or you can use UBER. The taxi or uber cost to the town is about 6 euro.

Getting Around:
Orada complex in Marina Albufeira condominium is only a few minutes walk from the Marina Albufeira where you can enjoy walking along the side of the boats. You can take a boat trip to see the beautiful coast line and caves and enjoy a meal in one of the great restaurant or bar overlooking to the marina bay. It is a great holiday destination for families and those who enjoy beautiful ,peaceful view and area.

Such a unique stay

What a cute place!! There was more space than needed, a jacuzzi, pool, and right next to the marina. Everything you could need is within a 10 minute walk (from food, to groceries and pharmacy). I highly recommend you take the tourist train that is right outside the gates. Its a unique way to view the sites. Joao was a wonderful concierge and showed us everything/ was readily available. What an asset he is for the owners! 10/10 would and hope to stay again.

Hottub, pool table, excellent location

This property was outstanding. It has a hottub, pool table, big screen TVs, full kitchen, 5 decks, 2 bedrooms with onsuites, dishwasher and washing machine, a 3rd bathroom on main level and so much room to roam around. It is, by far, the nicest place we have stayed for the price we paid. The host was outstanding and replied to any requests we had. It is in a gated resort so safety and security is awesome. Everything is within easy walking distance. The marina is only 5-10 minutes with great restaurants. Old town is an easy 15-20 minute walk with all amenities and great restaurants. We had a car with our own underground parking but parked right outside our door also. This is the first time we stayed in a Penthouse suite and we loved it!!

The flat is very spacious and bright, with everything you need.

Two very spacious rooms and balconies, 3 bathrooms in total so it can easily host 6 people. It is located in a closed condominium nearby the marina area, and about a 20min walk to the historic centre. The kitchen is very well equipped and the check-in/check-out process was easy.

Spacious, bright and clean

Great location with quick access to many restaurants/pubs in the marina. A lot have happy hour where we spent many afternoons for an hour or two! We preferred the marina area to the downtown Albufeira area for meals and snacks. Where it was less busy and a great selection. The weather was so hot it was perfect having the huge pool on site. The a/c worked very well and the beds were comfy. We slept very well. There are stairs to the apartment which was fine for us and parking right under the unit. The apartment is spacious with so many outdoor terraces we felt very relaxed during our stay. The only hitch we encountered was a ‘surprise’ request for a $200 euro cash deposit on arrival. This was not in the listing or confirmation. I have no issue with damage deposits and have paid them on other trips. The issue was the lack of notice so we were prepared on arrival. You may want to clarify the requirements about a deposit with the owner unless the listing is updated to reflect this amount. I had a wonderful stay with my spouse and two other adults. I would absolutely book here again should I return to the area. There was a welcome package of milk, juice, butter, bread and meat & cheese that was very thoughtful and much appreciated! Thank you!

Great Stay with close amenities

Very good location with marina 5min walk and old town 4min drive. (Uber’s are great in portugal) Great flat for families and amenities are fantastic, large swimming pool, private parking, and small bar which serves food and drink all day Will definitely consider staying at this flat in the future
