The host was very informative. Place was great with plenty of space. It was very well-maintained and kept up. We wish we would’ve been there for more than a night and definitely will keep it in mind for future trips.

Communication was an issue...

This house is huge and was fairly comfortable (the dishwasher wasn't secured? We didn't have to use it, but it was a little disconcerting to have it tip a bit when we opened it. Also the sliding glass door from the dining area seems to have a bent or damaged track.) The big frustration on this trip was communication. The notifications on the booking confirmation and the door entry code don't actually come from Vrbo, which is confusing. When I messaged the owner/contact for the door code, the responses I got were quite unhelpful and eventually got rather rude. If you're going to offer a home for rent through Vrbo, it seems to me that you should be willing to communicate via this platform.
