All essentials are included at the property to ensure you have an elevated experience. This room is attached to a house but the space is kept private and completely separate from the rest of the home. There is one parking space in the driveway on the right hand side, or plenty of street parking. This unit now has a mini split to keep you at the perfect temperature all year long. ~ Any last minute booking we will require a photo of all adults Drivers License
~ Our early check in fee is $30 so we can expedite housekeeping and get you settled in by 2 pm
~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night
~ Our properties are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free products as well as treated with pest repellant that is non toxic
