Pulled up to the house and the house and neighborhood looked nice. Inside of house was exactly as listed and super cute and comfortable. Enjoyed our quick stay and would stay again.
Well laid out, very roomy, clean and in a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Close to many amenities - a short walk to grocery store and drug store and for me walking distance to the folks I was visiting. I received prompt responses from any questions I had while staying there.
The house was perfect for our family reunion. Nice central location, clean and comfortable and nice amenities! Will definitely stay here again for our next family get-together.
We had a good stay at Luxury Luciana. The house was very clean and had great amenities. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. There are a couple of things to note - the backyard is fully fenced but on one side, the wall is only about 3-3.5 feet tall so beware if your dogs are jumpers. Ours were never out unsupervised but even so, the next door neighbors' "security" dog started a fight with one of my dogs over the wall. It last less than a minute before we got our dog away but he still came away with 2 bites on his mouth. The second thing is that we requested and paid for an early check-in so we could get moved in and get our dogs situated before an appointment we had scheduled. Up until 10 minutes before our expected check-in time, we still didn't know if we were going to be able to make our appointment. It was a "whew" moment when I got the email notifying us the home was ready. If they offer an early check-in and take your money for it ahead of time, you should be assured that they will honor it.Again, the home itself was great! But the low wall in the yard has made this not a good option for us in the future.
There is plenty of room for 8 guests to sleep. Kitchen cookware and dinnerware is not enough for 8 people but maybe most don't cook during their stay. Needs to be more bathroom towels on site for 8 guests to shower. Overall a very clean place, just don't look under the beds.
The home was clean and the location was good. The layout of the house worked well for us. The overall decor of the home is also nice. A few things need some attention. The downstairs bathroom is very small and needs some fixing. I would suggest upgrading/replacing the towels in the bathrooms.(old and very used).
Also, the backyard is big and very nice but it would be nice to have more seating areas back there to hang out.
Overall, I would recommend this home.

The house was big but tight. Could use some updates. The location was good, we felt safe. I was displeased that they charged me $75 for something the cleaning service broke before I got there. The property owner/mangers never got back to me addressing this issue. The floor in master was also not well swept and the master tub was dirty.
We came to Albuquerque for my mom's funeral and needed a place for our family of 5 to stay, as well as one of my brothers and his wife and two boys. This house was in the perfect location, as much of our plans were in the East Mountains. Our only complaints about the property were that there wasn't enough seating for indoor meals. It was a bit cold and windy while were there and four chairs at the kitchen table made us have to play musical chairs for eating breakfast. The main living area off the kitchen only has a 3 seater couch, so that also made it a little difficult to gather. It was difficupt for my husband to up and down the stairs so gathering in the lower level wasn't an option. The worst thing about the house is that the floors were pretty dirty. We typically don't wear shoes in the house, and we weren't able to go shoeless. Also, no one could really sit on the living room floor because of it.The linens on the beds were all super lightweight. We ended up having to buy extra blankets for our stay because it basically felt like we had only a sheet on us at night.Other than that, we were pleased by the atmosphere of the home. Having seen others say there weren't enough towels, we brought extra of our own, but there were plenty. We were grateful for the electric kettle as several of us had bad coughs while we were there, and needed to make tea. We appreciated all.of the other appliances made available to us, though we only used the stove, the Keurig, and toaster.
We were in town for a softball tourney. Good location for what we needed and easy to get around. TV wasn't connected to the internet, but we finally figured it out for the most part with a little help from the host.4 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out fine for the group. Sat on the back patio several times, quite cozy and comfy.
The lower level was an excellent gathering place for everyone. We loved sitting on the back patio for breakfast.
Our dog loved the grassy areas
Property was well maintained.
House was stocked with just about everything you need. Had a great experience. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque.
We stayed here as a half way point in moving our family out of state. It was great to have such a nice place to stay and everything was as expected and what you would hope for. Just book it already!
This was great space for our party of 5 adults and 2 grand babies. We loved the fenced yard so we could hide eggs and have Easter dinner in the back yard and play games with family and friends.
The only complaint is the cleanliness of the tubs and showers. Each has their own issues but all in all not very clean. Tha rest of the property was great.
The Neighborhood was a bit older but quiet and nice. The house itself was very clean and sweetly homey, we lived the lower level because it was basically an apartment.
The hosts were quick and polite with their communication. We had a a scheduling conflict that I was disappointed about but they were gracious and offered to fix it so I won't speak ill of them.
Great house in convenient location. Super clean and very comfortable. Well appointed with anything you could need. Light snacks and morning coffee provided was a great touch! Would stay again.
