The lamp shade was torn, the towels were rough, one coverlet was torn and mended. The property was nice and private...off the main highway. The pool was closed...too bad. I hope it will be upgraded because it was once the best motel in Espanola. The staff was wonderful, cheerful and helpful. It was very clean which is most important. We'd stay there again with limited expectations. "
