No blow dryer in room-had to go buy one-no hot tub as promised-no coffee maker in room, had to walk a city block length to get a complementary cup of coffee-breakfast was a granola bar and choice of banana or a tangerine. Bathroom floor had built up dirt, grass around bed frame, and vent in bathroom covered in dust when we arrived. Staff were informational upon check in and exit but cleanliness of room was concern for price of almost 300 for one night.

A beautiful spacious home set into the woods a 20 minute drive from Santos trail and 15 minutes from downtown. Everything you want with plenty of room Miguel was very accessible and sent a nice welcome text with all the info I needed including some biking suggestions
