We had a lovely two-night stay at The Alcester Inn which allowed us to visit several nearby local attractions (Coughton House and Park, and Charlecote). The inn is just a short walk from the delightful town of Alcester, and was very clean, and quiet. The staff were very thoughtful and attentive and we enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals there which were delicious and very good value.

A warm welcome, busy nice feel to the bar / restaurant area. Room very dated in need of lick of paint. Bedding clean, bed comfortable. My room on bottom floor over looking car park so no privacy unless curtains closed. Quiet. Good location.

Room were clean and tidy, staff were very welcoming & attentive. There was plenty of car parking. There were tea & coffee facilities in the room. We were able to order breakfast easily and it was freshly cooked and very nice. Overall a lovely over night stay

You get what you pay for. The Inn was probably built in the 70s and was very unattractive. The room was cheap. The check in was underwhelming, the room smelt of dampness, mould and cheap detergent. I never took my shoes off due to the dirty carpet and brown stains on the bathroom floor. There were black hairs all over the bathroom and in one of the beds and may be others but we chose not to look. Light came through the bedroom blind. The bar was full of tvs showing football, loud music and clientele shoving each other and swearing. I had to laugh at the sign in the room that said book again.
