Great place to relax

Enjoyed the stay in this beautiful, very funktional and stylish Villa. Pool ist a great asset to relax during hot days. Rocky Beach is close by, same as old town of Alcudia.

Nice family holiday

We loved the villa. Kids loved the pool, and the beach nearby. Just keep in mind you have to buy everything (salt, pepper, water etc...) A small detail, but nice to know in advance!

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Ruhige Lage, man ist in ca 15 Minuten Fußmarsch in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alcudia. Auch die morgendliche Jogging-Strecke entlang des Mittelmeers ist der perfekte Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und haben uns alles in allem sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist toll aufgeteilt und die oberen Schlafzimmer mit offenem großen Bad sind fantastisch. Der Pool hat uns und unseren Kindern ebenso gut gefallen. Leider ist die Küchenausstattung sehr einfach. Das billigste Ikea-Geschirr und Besteck, sowie verkratzte und teilweise abgeschlagene Teller und matte Gläser haben uns jetzt nicht so sehr gefallen. Außerdem ist die Spülmaschine stark verdreckt und verrostet, so dass wir sie immer zwei mal anstellen mussten und auch per Hand nachwaschen mussten. Hinzu kommt starke Lärmbelästigung durch den gegenüberliegenden Spielplatz. Dieser schließt offiziell um 22:00 Uhr. Danach trifft sich dort die MOFA-/Motorrad-Jugend (bis zu 12 Personen) bis nachts um 1:30 Uhr und fährt permanent mit heulenden Motoren über den Spielplatz. Das war leider sehr schade, da wir die Abende auf der Terrasse so nicht wirklich genießen konnten. Die Gartenbewässerung startet alle zwei Tage abends um 23:00 Uhr. Danach und währenddessen ist im gesamten Haushalt kein Wasser verfügbar. Also kein duschen, Zähne putzen, WC o.ä. möglich (bzw. nur mit gekauftem Wasser) - Zumindest eine Info darüber wäre schön gewesen.
