"The host was very friendly and welcoming and met us to check in promptly. He helped us with our bags and provided restaurant recommendations. Although the accommodation is modest, it has a wonderful balcony and great view of the beach. And it was good to have the bathroom separate to the toilet as we were two friends staying. The property is in a great location, an easy walk to restaurants and bars and a five minute taxi ride to the old town. Highly recommend."

"The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!"

"This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are SO kind and helpful. They helped us organize transport from and back to the airport for our travels. Our luggage was delayed and they were able to call the airline to help us. The rooms are VERY clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice. The breakfast has a lot of options and great coffee."

"We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional. "
