“Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping……

“Really nice apartment, clean and has everything you need for 1 or more nights stay. We used it as a base for our trip to the Zoo. Whilst in Barrow, we found a little museum to entertain the kids (Dock Museum), a nice little walk along the promenade and then a lovely Italian for our evening meal (Salvanas). “There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. The accommodation is just ideal for what we wanted and remembered from last year. “The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice.
