“Shower heads need to be changed in our opinion, water barely got my hair wet. Please put a dress code in place for breakfast, it ruined my entire breakfast experience seeing a woman in her spanx underwear. Changed my booking for the return trip completely because of these two reasons.”

“They only had one towel in the room for two people. Apparently people keep stealing the towels. The mini fridge had to be moved because the outlet didn’t work for it or the microwave. The side door wasn’t locked at night. Needs to be cleaned. You can see mold around the bathtub. One room that I booked had used sanitary napkins stuck to the closet wall.”

“If you need a sleep and a shower and can stand a little grundy, heavily worn, old hotel w new paint/appliances....it will do. ”

“My aunt is handicapped and I called the front desk asked if they had a shower chair they had someone immediately bring one up the beds were extremely comfortable had a well stocked breakfast this is the only place I ever stay when I come to Louisiana”

“The rooms are clean and good for the price. If there are any issues the office managers and associates are very attentive to the needs”

“Good shower head and adequate water pressure, better than we've dealt with lately in the same areas. Breakfast was better, although the hotels need to put a dress code for in place for the guests. Not everyone wants to see your night gown.”

“Very nice property; clean room; staff very helpful & attentive. Renovated recently and looked great. Easy parking. I was unable to set or change the temp on the A/C unit and it was quite warm in our room. I reported it at check-out & I’m sure they’ll handle the necessary repair. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.”

“I like the size of the room. However our floor was sticky and yukkie in room 300. But we just need to stay the night so we endured. We will be working in Ball shortly. But Sally won’t stay there anymore”
