“Everything is broken and theirs cockroach in the room the pool is dirty and growing mold the elevator doesn't work, the kitchen is closed and theirs no breakfast because of the bug infestation”

“Cheap yes but was a very trashy place. I booked the room & didn’t even stay the night after I checked in & seen the inside of the room. Definitely does not look like in the pictures. Holes in the wall, see daylight thru the door frame.”

“Loved one died same day of reservation, asked for a refund. Never received it, or any resolution, after I was assured that Expedia thought they could get me a refund from the hotel, because it was special circumstances. Dissapointing.”

“Check in was good. Upon checking the room, the bathroom had dust and dirt from maintenance work in the bathroom shower, shower curtain was not installed and toilet needed to be cleaned. One of the employees came to our room right away and took care of the problem. The tv was not connected to satellite. Also, upon checking in, we were in the elevator which stopped between second and third floors and had to call Inn reservation number to alert front desk that we were stuck in elevator. Jolene in……
