“Enough rooms for our family. Good location to downtown and meeting our other family members. Backyard was fenced in, quiet neighborhood, and owner was attentive when the washer did not work.”

“Check in was very simple. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and clean- many families and women out walking day and evening. The house had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts, pack lunches and make dinners. Plus, the appliances were straightforward- easy to operate. “We had a fantastic stay in Old Town Alexandria! The rental was spotless, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located just a short walk to shops, waterfront restaurants, and historic sites. The host Renée was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in seamless and the entire experience stress-free. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and convenience of Old Town!”

“We left immediately. Heavy use of cleaning chemicals masked an underlying problem with dust/mildew/mold. Our children complained of scratchy throats in first 30 minutes, we noticed it ourselves after an hour. Trash all over grounds as well as a general unkempt property, pictures show what we cleaned up for them before leaving. Mail overflowing mailbox. Should not be listed again without major modifications.”

“We had a group of 8 women attending a conference in Washington DC stay together. The space was perfect for us with each bedroom having its own bath and gathering space to accommodate the whole group. We were also pleasantly surprised that all 8 of us could shower and get ready at the same time with no issues. Location was great for either driving or using car service to get to/from events. "I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
