“The character and charm of the hotel was great, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The location was perfect, very close to all the Alfama attractions and only a short walk (Or 28E tram ride) into the city centre. Staff were excellent and very attentive, special mention to Miguel the Barman, who dished up some superb cocktails with lively and knowledgeable chat”

“A very warm welcome on our arrival, who offered us complimentary drinks after a long day travelling. We were shown our room on the 2nd floor (room 4) and it was spotless and was a very large room. Wonderful views of the river. All the front of house staff we saw were very friendly each time we saw them. I cannot comment on the breakfast or the food as we ate out during our stay. The hotel is up a hill but they have steps and a local elevator that takes you down to the lower level of Lisbon. But……

“I had a great stay at Santa Luzi B&B. The location was amazing, close to the water and surrounded by so much local culture that really stood out during my trip. The building itself was beautiful, and the rooms were just as nice: comfortable, charming, and well-kept. Overall, everything came together to make my stay really enjoyable. I’d definitely come back.”
