Nice hotel and great breakfast. some of the pillows were a little stained with makeup when we first arrived but was quickly rectified by the staff.

staff were wonderful I was put in room 313 but after I turned off the tv I could here a noise coming from somewhere like an extractor fan but even with the time being 23:50 it was no trouble for them to find me a different room breakfast was great and at 6:30 down side for me was the mattress was just so hard even with me being over 15 stone it did not sink in one bit

No major complaints, room was great, shower base had some sort of stain not sure if that is normal or not. (don't think it would come out tbh unless replaced). Cleaners do a great job. Entrance into the car park is awful. Does require major resurfacing.

The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so helpful would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again in the future.
