Beau séjour confortable!
Points généraux - stationnement sur place gratuit avec plusieurs places - check in avant l’heure prévue et rapide - chambre spacieuse, propre, salle de bain également, petit balcon avec chaises et table. - chat a l’accueil qui nous rendait visite a l’extérieur et attendait notre retour avec impatience ! - très bon buffet déjeuner compris - piscine intérieur mais au sous sol, donc moins attirant. - plusieurs choix de restaurants à pied - loin des activités donc on devait prendre la voiture.

The room was cleaned, the front desk people lovely. However everything besides were difficult. Limited parking lot , the coffee machine baby cups with high price. I didn’t find a decent place to have breakfast or dinner near by. I suggest that this hotel should offer breakfast to the guests as it would get a better reviews.

I'm sorry that you didn't like our hotel or the restaurants in our city because you must be the first person who couldn't find a good restaurant near the hotel.You should have asked for information as reception had helped you.In our hotel there are only guests with breakfast including you who didn't even know what you had bought and then you say something bad.

Franchement hôtel au top. J’y suis allé pour l’Afronation et c’était vraiment le top. Rien à dire le service au top, la propreté, la sûreté le petit-déj’ au top. Je vous recommande. Le personnel aussi très gentil, très aimable, très bienveillant très à l’écoute j’y retournerai certainement.

Just what we needed
Stayed here for a festival so it was close by and we would get an Uber for 4 euros to the main bit. Everything was fine, only down side was a few staff members were very very unnecessarily rude (2 men in particular- ladies were all nice). Like I would ask a simple question and get so much attitude back and loud sighing like I am a massive burden. But apart from that it did the job! Rooms actually bigger than the pics and we got a big balcony which I wasn’t expecting

Buen hotel, un poco lejos de la playa, pero cerca de bares, con taxi barato ir a la playa, habitaciones amplias, aunque un poco viejas, baños viejos... piscina cubierta con el agua fria.

Recommandation ++++++
Nous avons été accueilli en français par une personne de qualité qui a même porté les valises ! L’hôtel est grand, il est sur deux immeubles reliés par une passerelle, mais pas de souci car le réceptionniste nous a accompagné à nos chambres. Petit déjeuner de qualité, en sous-sol, au pied de la piscine intérieur, dans une ruelle reconstituée. Top !

Lovely hotel, in the quieter part of Portimao but still very close to the old town and 30 min walk to Praia da Rocha. Room was clean and spacious, only thing missing was a fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze.

Nice for a night
Nice and simple hotel, has the basics needed for a stay. We only stayed one night. Has parking outside and a pool, but we didn't use the pool as only stayed briefly. No kettle in the room and A/C switches off if you open the room or balcony door. Need the A/C on to keep mosquitoes at bay! Hotel staff very friendly. Only a few irons in the hotel. Breakfast was ok, good choice of fruit and cakes.
