“We stayed 2x2 nights. The first two nights we had a superior room with balcony (which was very dirty). The first two days we had breakfast, which was basic and the restaurant rather small. The first morning we sat in a comfortable corner, but the next day we were not allowed to sit there - we were told it was a waiting area, but nobody used it. That’s why we did not have breakfast the last two days, where we had a standard room, smaller than the first one and rather dark, but ok for the price.……

“Vi har haft vores bryllupsnat i denne hotel. Forfærdeligt. Ingen service, vi kom om natten men der har ikke været mulighed overhoved at få noget at drikke. Selv om hotel reklamere med 24/7 service.Vi har spurgt efter vand men dette ku vi ikke få. Kun en enkelt håndklæde. Toilet skyller virkede ikke. “la chambre a été payé directement sur le site, malheureusement à la réception...la personne n'était pas au courant, même en montrant le justificatif... elle ne voulait rien savoir...la personne qui y séjournait a été obligée de m'appeler pour que je fasse quelque chose... le numéro de téléphone n'est pas celui de l'hotel mais d'une agence de voyage qui s'occupe de plusieurs hôtels...”
