Clean place in a city that otherwise doesn’t necessarily pride itself on tidiness. However the sink didn’t drain properly, the shower cabin was leaky leaving the bathroom flooded. While some staff was very friendly, they could help us find a place to change money or indeed take out cash with a foreign credit card. Probably not the hotel’s fault, but the WiFi was poor and at some stage there was no running water. On the other hand, the rooftop terrace boasted some lovely views over the city and the bay.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ralf. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, with restaurants, shops, and many attractions close by. There are quite a few stairs and hills to navigate, but we considered them a great daily workout! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend Hotel Ralf to anyone visiting Algiers.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre avec balcon offrait une vue incroyable, un véritable plaisir du matin au soir. Toute l’équipe a été remarquable : accueillante, très agréable, polie et toujours à l’écoute, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou dans l’ensemble de l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix - possibilité de le prendre sur la terrasse. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

I arrived for a two night stay at this lovely hotel, and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of food available and a chef on hand to cook eggs to order. My room at the front of the hotel was very nice with great views of the sea and the city. The hotel location is good with just a short walk to the main shopping streets and tourist attractions. I will certainly stay here on my next visit to Algiers.
