penthouse with stunning views it is located in a panoramic position: new apartment just completed located in front of the port and the historic center adjacent to a large parking lot and a bike path that crosses the town reaching the beaches served with bathing centers with all the comforts to make more your holiday is pleasant.
the beaches are also reachable on foot because of their proximity in the vicinity there are also car rental, motorbike, bike, tobacconist, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagents and any other kind of shops.
a few meters are located the bus stops and taxis for various destinations (beaches, airport etc) for those who want can book excursions by boat
the house is 6 km from Alghero airport, 30 km from Torres port, the bus stop at 50 meters

The apartment very clean and the location was great, with the old town, parking and restaurants close by. The owner was very nice and very helpful, even if we had to communicate via an app for translation. We really appreciated the frequent changes of towels and linen. Due to public repairs and water restrictions we experienced periodic low water pressure, but we highly recommend this apartment!

Meraviglioso! Wunderbar!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die schöne Wohnung in Alghero in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Signora des Hauses hat uns sogar ein Taxi für die Abreise organisiert, was wunderbar geklappt hat. Die Lage ist optimal, denn alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar: Die Altstadt, die Strände und die Supermärkte. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir alles gefunden was wir brauchten. Wir empfehlen dieses Domizil wärmstens weiter und werden wiederkommen. Auch mit Fewo-direkt hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Great apartment with a fantastic view.

The photos on the website don’t do the flat justice. The view is much more impressive in real life. You see the old town of Alghero, the marina, the sea, Capo Caccia and mountains. The location is ideal even without a car. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop is 200m away for buses to the beaches and airport. The roof-top terrace is big & private with table, chairs, sun-loungers, sun blinds and a sink. The flat is quite cool inside, but has good AC too. Good wifi. There’s a lift to 5th floor, then you walk up to the flat on the 6th floor. The living/dining room is big and spacious. It has a large sofa and dining table. Despite being centrally located, it’s very quiet and the flat is well soundproofed.

Bel appartement très proche du centre-ville

L'appartement est moderne, très beau et très fonctionnel ( au 6ème étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur ). Les propriétaires sont très gentils ( ils ne parlent que l'Italien ). La vue du grand balcon donne sur le port et un grand parking. En parlant de parking, il faut trouver une place gratuite ou payer 1 euros/H, car le logement ne possède pas son propre endroit pour stationner contrairement à ce que j'avais cru comprendre dans la description du logement. Le centre-ville est très proche à pied et est vraiment magnifique pour s'y promener comme pour y manger. Nous n'avons pu accéder à l'appartement qu'à 18h (suite à un message des propriétaires ) alors que dans l'annonce l'heure d'arrivée était 16h. Pour ceux qui aiment les plages paradisiaques, il faut prendre sa voiture et rouler pdt 1h pour aller à Stintino à la plage " La Pelosa " qui est somme toute bondée en été, mais elle vaut le coup d'oeil.

vista d'eccezione, adiacente al centro, pulita e confortevole

Siamo una famiglia di tre persone con una figlia di 14 anni; veniamo da Verona(con me nato e cresciuto a Sassari). La casa è situata a circa 200 metri dal centro di Alghero ed in corrispondenza del fronte del porto. L'attico, al sesto piano, offre una vista impareggiabile sul golfo di Alghero con Capo Caccia che si staglia all'orizzonte. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari durante la vacanza; ottima l'insonorizzazione che isola complementi dai rumori esterni. Il sesto piano usufruisce di una ventilazione privilegiata che riduce la sensazione di caldo anche nelle giornate più afose: l'aria condizionata(presente) si rende necessaria solo in rare situazioni. Il padrone di casa si presenta cordialmente con un comportamento informale; educato e disponibile e mai invadente è sempre pronto quando se ne richiede l'intervento. Sono stati 7gg. bellissimi nei quali siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Nico.
