At about 3. 9 km from the sea, MINIMUM THREE NIGHTS rental single-family house sleeps 2. the house / villa is structured by a mezzanine , chairs and deck chairs; then access to an open space of 60 square meters with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, oven, dishwasher, dishes, pans and cutlery, double service (sink, toilet, washing machine) . a staircase takes you upstairs where there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower (100x80 cm.) the bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV full hd your external hard to see your films, from the sunrise to the sunset.

Angelo est un hôte parfait ! Tellement gentil et dévoué ! La maison est très bien située en pleine campagne et pourtant à 10 minutes de la jolie ville d’Alghero. Lieu paisible et maison très confortable. Un coup de cœur !

Relax e tranquillità

La residenza è immersa nella campagna e garantisce ampi spazi interni ed esterni dove è possibile pranzare o rilassarsi in tranquillità . La casa è naturalmente fresca , anche nella zona superiore dove è presente la zona notte non è stato necessario accendere il clima. La casa è a 4 km dal centro di Alghero e dai principali servizi che è possibile raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti .Angelo è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile per tutte le necessità ed i consigli su cosa fare e cosa vedere nelle vicinanze .

Una vacanza di relax in una meravigliosa villetta immersa nel verde degli ulivi, dove regna la tranquillità. E' una casa nella quale non manca nulla, tutto è a disposizione degli ospiti, è come sentirsi a casa propria. E' il top per chi cerca tranquillità e allo stesso tempo per chi cerca attrazioni in città per visitare il centro storico, con i suoi numerosi ristorantini e passeggiare sul lungo mare. E' in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le bellissime spiagge. Supermercati e altri servizi nelle vicinanze. Angelo è una persona cordiale e disponibile,ci ha dato consigli, suggerimenti per i posti da visitare e indicazioni per le spiagge. Consigliatissima

Maison au calme

Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison au calme mais proche d'Alghero. Il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule. Sa situation nous a permis de visiter les alentours sur les conseils d'Angelo. Celui ci est adorable, disponible et parle un peu français. La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos.

Immersi nel verde

Angelo è una persona deliziosa, premurosa, attenta a che tutto vada per il meglio. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione ed è molto confortevole, grazie agli spazi, alla disponibilità di tutto ció che serve in una casa. Abbiamo soggiornato dall' 8 al 18 Agosto 2022 e consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione a chi desidera una vacanza ia stretto contatto con la natura, la casa infatti si trova immersa in un uliveto. Very nice and quiet property 5min from the centre.

Angelo is an excellent host. The welcome was very warm. We were briefly accompanied by him in Alghero and the best way to the accommodation. He knows the region well and gave us excellent recommondations. The house and the property are really beautiful and located outside the city area. There is a view from the terrace of seemingly endless olvia trees and the great panorama of the island. The house is clean and contains everything you need for your stay. Angelo surprised us with food provided for our stay. He even provided extra beach equipment with umbrella, towels, mats and chairs. It is really clean. However, we have to deduct a small point for the way we found the kitchenware and the shower. Some of the food remains (possibly from the previous tenant) had not been completely removed and the shower was very calcified. The latter is due to the adjacent water supply, but does not look pleasant. We will definetly come back to Sardegna and when we visit Alghero again we will be happy to be guests from Angelo again!

Erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaub inmitten der Olivenhaine

Angelos Anwesen ist ein ruhiges, großes Anwesen umringt von wunderschönen Olivenhainen und mit riesiger Sonnenterrasse, auf der man den ganzen Tag die wundervolle Sonne genießen kann. Man hat das ganze Anwesen für sich alleine. Alle Räume sind sehr schön, modern und persönlich eingerichtet. Die perfekte Location also, um neue Energie zu tanken, da das Anwesen ruhig gelegen ist aber dennoch nur knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Alghero sowie von den Supermärkten entfernt. Außerdem ist es ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in der Region Nord-Sardinien. Das Wifi hat auch super und durchgängig funktioniert Angelo war ein traumhafter Gastgeber, der uns eine sehr ausgiebige Einführung gegeben hat und uns Tipps für alle wichtigen Strände der Gegend (wie z.B. die Reservierung für den Strand Stintino le Pelosa) gegeben hat. Außerdem hat uns Angelo persönlich vom Treffpunkt angeholt und zu seinem Ferienhaus gebracht, da die Einfahrt ein bisschen versteckt liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Angelo war sehr immer sehr unkompliziert und über Whatsapp hat man direkte Antworten von ihm bekommen. Zusammengefasst: der perfekt Urlaub für Leute aus der Großstadt , die sich nach ein wenig mehr Ruhe und Natur sehnen , ohne zu abgeschnitten von der nächsten Stadt zu sein. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Danke Angelo!

Au milieu des oliviers, tout confort, la mer et Alghero en vélo, super spot !

L’endroit dans les oliveraies a beaucoup de charme, est très calme . la maison et la terrasse sont impeccables et avec tout le confort, avec en plus une étonnante bibliothèque plus que complète sur la sardaigne ( en italien) et un accueil naturellement chaleureux . Merci Angelo

Modernes Gästehaus in einem kleinen Olivenhain

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern. Die Lage ein bisschen außerhalb aber wirklich sehr schön. Angelo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und hat uns mit seiner netten aufgeschlossenen Art einen tollen Empfang bereitet. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft ausmalen können

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet endroit à la fois tranquille et proche de tout ce qu'il y a à voir aux environs. Angelo nous a contacté la veille pour nous donner rendez-vous , car malgré le GPS , la maison n'est pas facile à trouver . Mais grace à sa visite et l' itinéraire que nous avons fait ensemble , tout est devenu ensuite très simple . Le séjour est très grand , la cuisine bien équipée , la climatisation car il faisait déjà très chaud en Juin . Merci encore à Angelo pour son accueil et sa disponibilité

1 TRÈS BONNE SEMAINE À ALGHERO

On est en pleine campagne mais à seulement 3km de la mer! Très calme pendant toute la journée, avec des jolies chants d'oiseaux locals. Bonne maison, bien équipée avec une três bonne terrasse pour de bons repas en été. Clim disponible. Le wifi fonctionne três bien. À mon avis, Il faut absolument avoir une voiture. Très bons supermarchés en proximité. Accés facille aux points d'intéret. Angelo c'est une personne três sympa et disponible.

Une maison dans les oliviers

Si vous voulez vous retrouver dans une maison perdue dans les oliviers et les vergers c'est l'idéal à 10 minutes de voiture d'Alghero. Grande maison avec une partie encore en travaux. Accueil très chaleureux d'Angelo qui se débrouille en français.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Alghero nella settimana dal 12 al 19 agosto 2017. La casa corrisponde pienamente alle immagini riportate. Spazi ampi, sia all'interno che all'esterno dell'abitazione. Angelo, il proprietario, è una persona squisita ed estremamente disponibile, per nulla invadente. Per noi, in viaggio con una bimba di 5 anni, si è rivelata una soluzione ottimale.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Angelo dans cette maison cachée au milieu des oliviers et à 10 minutes seulement en voiture du Centre Historique d'Alghero. Jolie maison spacieuse et confortable où rien ne manque et où on a pu profiter du calme et de la vue magnifique de la terrasse sous l'œil des chats du voisinage. Merci à Angelo pour son accueil chaleureux, son grand sourire, et sa discrétion.
