Gross, fraud, noisy, stinky, not as described, violations galore
When you walk in the overwhelming smell of a cat litter box hits you. It's nothing like the photos with ugly, frumpy couch covers that slide off when you sit on them.
In the bedrooms, the pillows have all lost their shape & range from hard pancake-type pillows to pillows that have separated in the middle & formed two separate balls inside the stained pillow case. They all smell like someone peed on them. The sheets do not fit the beds & are constantly pulling off the corners. Don't look under those sheets or it will become hard to lay down again!!!
It is hard to relax from all the junk everywhere that are "decorations". There were 5 trash cans within 20 feet of each other.
You can hear neighbors sing, cough, flush toilets, etc. The elevator constantly broke & you had to walk up five flights of steps.
It seems that the owner sectioned off her personal house & is living on the other side of the wall. One night my husband was in the kitchen & the lady reached her hand inside the door to turn the dining room light off inside the apartment we rented! YES! The kitchen light never worked.
At midnight before we left I was told the apartment had to be returned to the same condition as when rented. THERE ARE NO CLEANING PRODUCTS, NO WASHING MACH & A LOAD OF LAUNDRY ON THE CORNER COSTS 14 euro. I bought cleaning supplies and even new sheets for one of the beds. When I left the lady hit me for $150 & said the beds were not made & the place was dirty.
RACKET! DO NOT STAY HERE!
