"room was clean, ac stayed cold, rooms was quite and relaxing"

"The first room I was put in the floors were broken and you can feel that they were sinking in. Felt like you were going to fall through from one floor to the next. The door latch was broken and so was the door so my family didn't feel secure. We got moved to another room and the floors there were better but the latch was also broken and the mirrors were dirty along with the shower curtain.(Yes I have pictures) Either it was blood stains or feces staines. Not very happy about that. This was my second stay as I had decided to give them another try but we will not be returning. (on a good note the lady who checked us in was very nice) "

"There was no one working breakfast. Had to ask desk clerk to refill food. Our room has Sheetrock that was damaged. No water in room. Chair was all torn. "

"Sofa Sleeper was broken as well as the window shade (could not be opened). This hotel is pretty clean but obviously needs updates. Every hotel door is scuffed up and unsightly"

"Great breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again."
